MAKE SLEEP GREAT AGAIN
Thanks to my increased energy, I get up early most days and am super
productive in the mornings. I chalk some of that up to taking sleep
seriously. Instead of using my cell phone as an alarm, I bought an actual
alarm clock and usually turn my cell off at night. This has led to turning off
work worries and my tendency to check email or Twitter if I wake up in the
middle of the night. I also purchased a couple of new pillows designed to
properly support the head and neck, and started making my bed every day,
which is so minor but makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something
first thing. Unless woken by my toddler, I now sleep soundly and usually
get up before my alarm.
