upscale development. The interior design was
conceived by Lorie Graham, interior designer for
Premier Homes, and she believes it’s important
to do a little something different in each room.
Graham took the time to discuss the intricacies
of the process and the importance of creating
exactly what each client envisions.

HOW DID YOU BEGIN THE DESIGN

INTERESTING FEATURES OF THIS HOME?
Beginning the design process for this home
was easy I already had so many ideas I wanted
to use and I just had to sort through them. That is
a daily passion of mine. I love exploring the new
ideas out there – and to also find out what the
current trends are – and then giving it life with
our Premier Homes’ touch. The most interesting features have to be the
custom ship lap walls in the master bedroom
and stairwell. They are probably my favorite.
Additionally, the combination of stone and
distressed barn wood tile in the shower is a show
stopper. I’m in love!
