One Southern Indiana (1si) has teamed up with a variety of partners, including SIHO, to offer
members who are headquartered in Indiana the most beneficial plans at the lowest prices
possible. Insurance Under One allows 1si members to join together to share in the overall
claims risk. By being part of a larger pool, employers have bargaining power they simply do
not have individually.
Members of 1si will be able to choose from a variety of network option health plans at a “large
group” rate, typically only available to companies with 50 or more employees. Insurance
Under ONE will also continue to offer ancillary insurances, such as dental, vision, pet, life,
and long- and short-term disability insurance at a discounted price.
