Progress has been swift at Ellingsworth Commons, a Premier Homes
project in Jeffersonville. In mid-2017, the company’s president Jeff
Corbett announced he was building a 512-home subdivision, and
even before a single residence was built or construction started, he
had a waitlist of 44 people. The neighborhood is a welcome addition
to Southern Indiana and proof of the continued progress in the region.
