“Like many people do in the new year, I’ve resolved to really focus on my health and
get back into shape. However, the biggest challenge I’ve set for myself is to learn
how to relax. I’m really a Type A personality and take on a lot of projects at one time,
but I never really get to enjoy the process. I want to change that. I want to still have
projects but actually take the time to enjoy the tasks. I also definitely want to make
sure that I have more ‘Vic time’ thrown in there.”

“I have several resolutions for this year. The top of my list is to
push out the toxic influences out and smile more. I know I need to
say no more often. I know I can do anything I put my mind to, but
that does not mean I should. I hope to take the lessons I learned
in 2017 and apply them to 2018.”

“I’ve made a personal goal to not get so caught up in
the hustle and bustle of every day. For 2018. I want
to find pleasure in the small things, spend time with
people and just enjoy life.”
