The annual Giving Hope Changing Lives gala was April 18 and raised money for St . Elizabeth Charities located in New Albany . The event was held at the Galt House in Louisville and included a silent auction , chef-prepared meal , and the inspirational stories of those whose lives have been directly affected by the nonprofit . Extol CEO Angie Fenton served as emcee for the evening .
